This is an extremely easy soup to make. It freezes very well, so you can double or triple the recipe and keep it in the freezer.

I'm not usually a fan of cabbage soup, but this recipe changed my mind. The carrots and potatoes add a nice sweetness and the cabbage is cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be making this again!

I love this soup! It's so simple to make and it's always a hit with my family. I usually add a bit of shredded chicken or tofu for extra protein.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some carrots, potatoes, and cabbage that were about to go bad, so I threw them all in this soup and it turned out great! The soup is hearty and filling, and the flavors are well-balanced.

This soup was so easy to make and so delicious! I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth and it was still very flavorful. I also added a diced apple for a little sweetness. Highly recommend!
