4 c chopped fresh cauliflower
1/4 c butter, cubed
1/3 c all-purpose flour

I've made this casserole several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's a great way to use up leftover ham. I like to add a little bit of Dijon mustard to the sauce for extra flavor.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. I also found the cauliflower to be a bit too crunchy.
