- Al pescado o camarón ya picado en pedazos chicos, se le agrega la sal, pimienta y el limón y se deja 30 minutos en el refrigerador. Se saca y se le quita la mitad del jugo de limón. Se le agregan todas las verduras empezando por la cebolla, tomate, los chiles y su jugo con el pepino y un poco de orégano molido, se le agrega el clamato, si le falta limón agregar del que se le quito y por ultimo el cilantro si les gusta, i le hace falta se le agrega un poco más. Tiempo de preparación: 30 Min Tiempo de cocinado: 30 Min
