Chantilly Potatoes image

Baked chantilly mashed potatoes with a cheese topping. You can add a variety of cheeses, bacon, or chives. I use homemade mashed potatoes, but instant work just as well.

These potatoes were delicious! I used a different type of cheese because I didn't have Gruyère, but they still turned out amazing.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my potatoes turned out mushy. I think I might have cooked them for too long.
