Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425.
- 2. Spread one can of the chili beans in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish; set aside.
- 3. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla; place atop chili beans in baking dish - seam side down. Top with remaining can of chili beans, then sprinkle it all with cheese.
- 4. Cover with foil and bake for apx 30 minutes.
