Poor Man's Spaghetti image

This is my Mother's recipe. She called it poor mans spaghetti, at the end of the month when pantry was low she would put together spinach, and pasta with spices. I added a few ingredients and threw in a pot of stock, dry noodles and all. I made this even easier and still a great price at about $7.00 for 6 servings!

The spaghetti was a bit overcooked for my liking. I would cook it for a shorter period of time next time.

I found the sauce to be a bit too watery. I would reduce it for a longer period of time next time.

This recipe is a bit bland for my taste. I would add more garlic and chili pepper.
