Steps:
- 1. Preheat over to 350 degrees Melt cream cheese Melt butter Clean and drain crab Chop onions and water chestnuts Mix crab, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, water chestnuts and onion, lemon juice and red pepper flakes Unwrap fillo dough ( it's very important to have all ingredients ready before dough is unwrapped as it dries out quickly) Place1 sheet on the counter or chopping board, brush with melted butter, do this with 5 sheets Cut sheets into four squares ( you will need to make another batch ( 5 sheets) for 8 triangles) Add mixture Press down on sides to make sure mixture does not leak out and brush with butter Place on cookie sheet (ungreased) and bake for 30-35 minutes until brown
