1 (28 ounce) package hash browns, thawed
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 onion, chopped
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon pepper, fresh ground
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Place in a casserole dish, smooth out evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, then broil on high to brown the top.
