Cheesy Potatoes O'Brien Casserole image

Cheesy potato deliciousness! Great side dish with baked ham. Can be made with leftover ham pieces as well for a "scalloped potatoes" type casserole. Buttermilk can be substituted by using 1 c sour cream and about 1/2 c milk to thin it out to a pourable consistency.

This casserole was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would use less butter next time.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have been better with some additional seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
