CHERRY COLA CHOCOLATE CAKE
I love chocolate covered cherries and cherry coke. This cake has the flavor of both.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 pan.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, cola, oil, and extract. Beat on low speed for 60 seconds; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
- 3. In a medium bowl combine butter, sugar, drink mix, and cola. Beat until smooth. Frost cake. Garnish each serving with a maraschino cherry. * Note: If you don't have cherry extract, just substitute 1 tablespoon of the juice from the jar of maraschino cherries.
