Chesapeake Crab Quiche image

A co-worker made a fabulous crab quiche for brunch at work last week, and she is one of those stingy recipe people, so I couldn't get the recipe:( Well, I was determined to replicate the dish, and I came up with this one...which I think is even tastier than hers!! I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

I followed the recipe exactly and my quiche turned out runny. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This quiche was a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less cheese.

This quiche was easy to make and turned out great! I used canned crab meat and it still tasted delicious. I will definitely be making this again.
