I wasn't sure how I would like these chess cake bars, but I was pleasantly surprised! They are very rich and decadent, but not too sweet. The crust is the perfect balance of flaky and crumbly.

The filling was a little too runny for my taste, but the crust was perfect. I would cook the filling a little longer next time.
