I'm gluten-free, so I used gluten-free oats and flour in this recipe. The bars turned out great!

These bars are a great way to use up leftover oatmeal. I usually make a big batch of oatmeal on the weekend, and then I use the leftovers to make these bars during the week.

I'm not a huge fan of oatmeal, but I really enjoyed these bars. They're not too heavy or dense, and the oats give them a nice chewy texture.

I made these bars with raisins and chopped walnuts, and they were delicious. The raisins added a chewy sweetness, and the walnuts gave them a nice crunch.
