Chicken Couscous With Sun-Dried Tomatoes image

Super Easy. Couscous turns out a pretty orange color in the tomato oil. Could replace chicken with tender beef or pork strips.

This dish was a complete disaster! The chicken was dry, the couscous was undercooked, and the sun-dried tomatoes were burnt. I will never make this recipe again.
