Chicken in a Hurry image

I cook meat and vegetables in my microwave all the time, but these stuffed chicken breasts are a stress-free favorite. Filled with chilies and cheese, they're a cinch to prepare. I like to serve them with sweet-and-sour or duck sauce on top. -Barbara Frasier, Fyffe, Alabama

This recipe was a disaster! The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the vegetables were mushy. The sauce was also way too salty. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and herbs to the chicken, and it was much better. The vegetables were also a bit overcooked. I would recommend cooking them for a shorter amount of time.

This recipe was easy to follow and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The sauce was flavorful and the vegetables were tender. I served it with mashed potatoes and it was a hit with my family. I will definitely be making this again.

I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a hit with my family. The chicken is always juicy and tender, and the sauce is delicious. I especially love the addition of the lemon zest, which gives the dish a bright and refreshing flavor.

This recipe is a lifesaver for busy weeknights! It's so quick and easy to make, and the chicken always turns out moist and flavorful. I love that I can use whatever vegetables I have on hand, so it's a great way to clean out my fridge. My family love
