This is a wonderfully different quiche! Please be sure to use a deep dish pie crust though! Also, you can use your cheese of choice, but I use Swiss.

This quiche was a disaster! The crust was soggy and the filling was runny. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I won't be making this recipe again.

This quiche was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper to the filling, and it was much better. The crust was also a bit dry. I think I would use a different recipe for the crust next time.
