I like to see how much I can "dress up" leftovers as an exciting new meal. Here's a flavorful combination that I often serve guests when I'm short on time.

This recipe was a disaster. The rice was undercooked and the chicken was dry. I would not recommend this recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly and my chicken pilaf turned out bland. I think I'll try adding more spices next time.

This chicken pilaf was a little too dry for my taste, but the flavors were good.
