CHICKEN STEW
I have no idea where I got this recipe or if I just made it up. Its great on a cold evening or to make to take to a loved one who's suffering with a cold or flu or just any time. Super easy to make!

Number Of Ingredients 12
Steps:
- 1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large sauce pan. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic. Cook until onions are tender.
- 2. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth and potatoes. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Add chicken, cover and simmer until thickened
- 3. Add salt, pepper and fresh parsley and stir to blend. Serve with crusty bread & butter!
