Chicken- Sweet and Spunky image

This is a wonderfully simple and quick recipe to make for a dinner for 2 or for company. With each bite you get to roll the tastes around and enjoy the spunk that comes from the ingredients. To be sure they are not the normal for a chicken recipe but make a great sauce which flavors and smells so good.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken turned out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I'll definitely make it again, but I'll use less chili peppers next time.

I'm not usually a fan of sweet and sour dishes, but this one was surprisingly good! The sweetness of the sauce was perfectly balanced by the spiciness of the chili peppers.
