Chicken Thighs with Apple BaconThyme Cream Sauce image

This is my own dish. I had a basic cream sauce recipe years ago. I made this my own. I added many different ingredients including the bacon. The bacon and apple combination gives it that sweet savory taste. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do. Hugs!!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I usually make a big batch of chicken thighs on the weekend and then use them in this dish during the week.

This dish was a bit too salty for my taste. I'll reduce the amount of salt next time I make it.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and herbs to give it more flavor.

Not a fan of this recipe. The sauce was too sweet for my taste and the chicken was a bit dry. Maybe I'll try it again with some modifications.
