Chile 'N' Cheese Spirals image

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4-oz)
1/2 cup diced green chili (4-oz)
1/2 cup sliced green onion (about 3)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives (2 1/4-oz can)
4 to 6 soft taco-size flour tortillas (8-inch)
salsa, on the side

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chiles, green onions, red pepper, and olives in a medium-size bowl. Spread 1/2 cup mixture over each tortilla, then roll up. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into six 3/4 inch pieces. Serve with salsa for dipping.Spiced with More Tall Tales - Appetizers
