These are very good, especially if short on time, or you do not feel like cooking a meal with all the trimmings. These are sooooo... good with salad, or your favorite chips, or french fries that can be nuked "micro-waved."

- 1. Mash chilies with fork, spread on three slices of bread.
- 2. Top with cheese and slice of bread. In shallow bowl, beat egg and milk.
- 3. Dip the sandwiches, fry in butter or oil in large skillet till golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.
