Chili Cheese Cubes image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz green chiles, chopped
1/2 c flour
3/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes until light.
  • 2. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
  • 3. Add cheeses and chiles. Mix well.
  • 4. Pour into greased 9x13x2 baking pan; bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  • 5. Cut into 2\" squares - Good hot or cold.
