Steps:
- 1. Beat eggs 4 to 5 minutes until light.
- 2. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
- 3. Add cheeses and chiles. Mix well.
- 4. Pour into greased 9x13x2 baking pan; bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- 5. Cut into 2\" squares - Good hot or cold.
