CHINESE CASSEROLE image

Yield makes 6 to 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 tins cream of mushroom soup
2 tins mushroom pieces
1 cup mushroom juice (if needed add water to make 1 cup)
1/2 cup minute rice
3 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tin bean sprouts (or use fresh)
1 tin chow mein noodles (or packaged)

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain. Mix all ingredients together. Add ground beef and onion mixture. Sprinkle saved chow mein noodles on top. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for approx. 45 min.
