My mom used to make this recipe all of the time! I took it to one of our company potlucks, and it was gone in no time.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some broccoli, carrots, and celery that I needed to use up, and this salad was the perfect solution.

This salad was so good and refreshing! I used a store-bought sesame dressing, but I'm sure it would be even better with homemade. I also added some grilled chicken for protein.
