I enjoy baking and I really love cinnamon rolls, but they take to long, so I made this recipe to satisfy my craving.

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir in cream just until moistened. Stir in the chocolate chips, pecans and toffee bits.
- 2. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10 times. Pat into and 8-in. circle; cut into 6 wedges. Separate wedges and trasfer to a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with butter.
- 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 16 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Combine the glaze ingredients; drizzle over scones. Serve warm.
