Steps:
- 1. Measure out 6 cups of the Cocoa Krispies into a large bowl and set aside. Keep the last half cup ready to add when the main marshmallow mess is poured in. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan (mine's 2 Qt. and seems to work fine). 3. Reduce heat to low and add the marshmallows, stirring occasionally. 4. When the mallows are about halfway melted, add the chocolate chips. Keep stirring. 5. When the mallows are nearly-melted tiny little blobs, add the peanut butter and yes, keep stirring. 6. Once, the gooey mixture is one solid color, remove it from the heat and pour over the large bowl of cereal. I find it helps to have an assistant to stir the cereal while you pour, making sure the cereal gets fully coated before it cools and congeals. Add the remaining half cup of cereal to any parts of the mix that are a little thin on cereal. 7. Mush the whole thing into a 9x13 pan and let it cool for at least 20 minutes. It's delicious warm, but won't keep its shape well.
