Categories     Chicken Breast

Time 6h20m

Yield 6-8 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 2

6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle your favorite barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • Remove any excess skin or fat from chicken breasts.
  • Cut chicken into slices.
  • Place in a skillet and cook until the pink is gone.
  • Put cooked chicken in the crock pot and pour BBQ sauce over and mix.
  • Use as much or as little sauce as you like.
  • I usually just pour the whole bottle in there.
  • Cook on"low" for 6-8 hours or"high" for 3-5.
  • It tastes better when cooked longer.
  • The chicken really soaks up the sauce.
  • Serve with corn bread, fried tators& onions and a salad (for those of you who just HAVE to have something green).
  • YUM YUM.

I'm not a big fan of BBQ chicken, but this recipe changed my mind. The chicken was so tender and juicy, and the sauce was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

The chicken was a little tough, but the sauce was delicious. I think I'll try cooking it on low for longer next time.

This recipe is too bland for my taste. I had to add a lot of extra spices to make it flavorful.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken turned out dry. I think I should have added more liquid.

This was my first time making crock pot BBQ chicken and it was a success! The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce was tangy and sweet. I will definitely be making this again.
