1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 medium Onion , chopped
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups chopped Roasted Chicken
1/2 cup frozen sweet petite peas
1 potato , diced and boiled
1 1/2 cup chopped, cooked carrots

This chicken pot pie is a great make-ahead meal. I usually make it on the weekend and then reheat it during the week for a quick and easy dinner.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my chicken pot pie didn't turn out as good as I expected. The crust was too dry and the filling was a bit bland.

The chicken pot pie was good, but it wasn't anything special. I've had better chicken pot pies at other restaurants.

The chicken pot pie was a disaster! The crust was soggy and the filling was watery. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

The chicken pot pie was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different type of cheese, like cheddar or Gruyère.

The chicken pot pie turned out great! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more salt and pepper to the filling.
