2 lbs chuck roast
2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons oil
11 1/4 fluid ounces dark beer (Guinness)
1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix (Lipton)
2 teaspoons salt

Steps:

  • Fry the garlic and the meat with the oil until brown in a medium pot.
  • Mix beer, soup mix and salt in a blender.
  • Pour it on top of the meat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, turn the meat every 1/2 hour.
