Cinco de Mayo Guacamole image

I combined two of my friends' guacamole recipes for Cinco de Mayo and woah! What a tasty guacamole it made! My friends and family raved! It's now on my list of potluck recipes. It's absolutely delicious as a fajita topping too! Enjoy! This recipe makes a medium-sized bowl of guac, so use more or less avocados for your party.

I was disappointed with this guacamole. It was bland and lacked flavor.

This guacamole is a bit spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. Next time I'll use less jalapeño.

I found that using a food processor made the guacamole a little too smooth for my taste. I prefer to mash the avocados by hand.
