These biscuits are perfect for a quick and easy breakfast. I like to make them on the weekends when I have more time to cook. I also like to freeze them and then reheat them in the microwave when I'm short on time.

I've made these biscuits with both white and whole wheat flour. They're great either way. I prefer the whole wheat biscuits because they're a little bit healthier.

These biscuits are a great way to use up leftover cinnamon sugar. I always have some leftover after making cinnamon rolls, so I use it to make these biscuits.
