Cinnamon Chip Oatmeal Cookie image

This is an unusually good recipe I pinched from a package of Hershey Cinnamon Chips. It was a favorite of my step-son's golf team. The original recipe calls for raisins but they have never made it into my batches!

These cookies were a bit too dry for my liking. I think I would add an extra egg yolk next time to make them more moist.

I've made these cookies several times now, and they're always a crowd-pleaser. They're so easy to make, and they always turn out perfectly. I love that I can make them ahead of time and freeze them, so I always have a batch on hand.

Not bad! I thought the cookies were a little too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. They're definitely a good option for a quick and easy dessert.

These cookies were a hit! They were soft and chewy, with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. I used dark chocolate chips, which gave them a rich, decadent flavor. I'll definitely be making these again.
