Cinnamon Honey Butter image

This is good with "spiced pumpkin loaf". Can be frozen up to a month, or refrigerated for several weeks. I've used low-fat butter/margarine with pretty good results.

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
2 tablespoons honey
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • With a mixer, blend butter until smooth.
  • Add honey and cinnamon, mix well.
