Fabulous copycat version of Hardees Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits! My family was upset when Hardees moved out of our area, but they're happy once again with these biscuits! I found this recipe on the internet.

1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon

The biscuits were a bit dry. I think I needed to add more butter.

The biscuits didn't rise very much. I think I overmixed the dough.

These biscuits are a bit too sweet for my taste. I'll reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I used sunflower seeds instead of pecans in the filling. They worked great!

I'm not a fan of raisins, so I omitted them from the recipe. The biscuits still turned out great.
