I'm not a big fan of clams, but I actually really enjoyed these clam puffs. The batter was light and fluffy, and the clams were perfectly cooked.

The clam puffs were a bit difficult to make. The batter was very sticky and it was difficult to get the puffs to hold their shape.

I found that the clam puffs were a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt in the recipe.
