CLAREMONT SALAD
There was a diner in Verona New Jersey that had this salad. I finally found the recipe & wanted to pass it along to others. I am always looking for new salad dishes.

Steps:
- 1. Shake the sugar, vinegar, oil, water & salt together in large jar.
- 2. Pour mixture over the vegetables. Leave at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- 3. Put in refrigerator overnight.
