I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, so I substituted Greek yogurt in the dressing. It turned out really well! The dressing was still creamy and flavorful, but it was also a bit lighter.

I used a gluten-free bread for my Cobb salad sandwich. It turned out great! The sandwich was still sturdy enough to hold all of the ingredients, and it didn't have any of the gummy texture that some gluten-free breads have.
