From Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. I was surprised when I couldn't find this recipe in the data base. It's so quick and simple to make.

Number Of Ingredients 3

6 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/2 cup toasted coconut

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler.
  • Stir in peanuts and coconut.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined tray.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
