I found this recipe in one of my cocktails cookbooks and got a chance to make it today....YUM!

Steps:
- 1. Pour the coffee into tall glasses. Add the heavy cream or evaporated milk. Add the soda water and stir. Place a scoop of ice cream into the mixture. Garnish with some of the chocolate covered coffee beans. Serve with a long spoon or straw.
- 2. VARIATIONS: Substitute chocolate mint, vanilla, coffee, or cinnamon ice cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings, whipped cream dusted with cinnamon, fresh mint leaves.
