Chocolate and cinnamon transcend coffee's morning image, moving this drink into the realm of a milkshake.Unknown source

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 cups strong coffee
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 pint good quality vanilla, cinnamon or coffee ice cream
unsweetened cocoa powder
purchased cookie sticks

Steps:

  • 1. Brew coffee and chill til cold.
  • 2. Pour 1 1/2 cups chilled coffee over 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup and 2 scoops ice cream per float
  • 3. Garnish floats wit cocoa powder and cookies. Makes 4 floats
