- 1. Preheat oven to 350'F
- 2. In a bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn , muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown, Remove from the oven , add cheese on top of the corn . Return back to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melt. let stand for 5- minutes after removed from oven, Serve warm.
