Corn Casserole image

This recipe is so delicious and sweet and it is good to cook with Jiffy cornbread mix. My family loves my corn casserole.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 15 oz can cream style corn
1 11 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 8.5 oz box jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. and grease a 9X13-inch casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, sour cream, muffin mix and butter. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
