Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Brown ground meat and chopped onions in skillet and drain. Add ranch style beans,rotel tomatoes and corn. Season with salt and pepper. Heat well. I puree my rotel tomatoes because my family doesnt like the chunky tomatoes.
- 2. Put meat mixture in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese evenly on top.
- 3. On separate bowl mix cornbread mixes as directed on package. Bake in 400 degree oven until cornbread mix is golden brown on top and done.
