COTTAGE MEATLOAF
My husband thinks is the best meatloaf i ever made. The other few that i made didnt turn out very well. But he likes this one!

Steps:
- 1. In large bowl, combine ketchup, juice, salt, pepper and red pepper. Add eggs, bread crumbs, onion and mustard. Mix until blended thouroughly. Add ground beef. Mix gently but thouroughly. Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Press in beef mixture. In separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix well. Spread over beef mixture. Bake at 400* for 35 to 45 minutes, or until done. Drain off fat. Let meat loaf rest 5 minutes before serving.
