Number Of Ingredients 12

1 can(s) black eye peas
2 c frozen corn thawed
1 c chopped tomato, no seeds
1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno
1/2 bunch of cilantro
2 avacados chopped
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2/3 c chopped green onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
2 cloves minced garlic

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the first 6 ingredients then make dressing.
  • 2. Dressing: mix the next 6 ingredients add to the first mixture and serve with tortilla chips. or put on a salad.
