Crab and Pea Salad image

We love crab meat and this is a wonderful crab salad for summer. Easy to make.

8 slices bacon
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
1 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine peas, imitation crab, bacon, mayonnaise, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
