Crab, Cream Cheese & Swiss Quiche image

I make this delicious quiche every year for our holiday brunch table ...It also makes for an easy and delicious weeknight supper as well! I like to serve this quiche with cantalope or Honeydew melon slices in the summer...the flavors are very complimentary. Enjoy!!

This quiche was a bit too eggy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I would recommend using less eggs next time.
