Crab Quiche Bake image

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 large eggs, beaten
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
1 package (8 ounces) imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
