2 cups cranberries
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon molasses
⅛ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, Truvia®Baking Blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
  • Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.
  • Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
